I CAN'T RECEIVE EMAILS THROUGH CONTACT FORMS:

I've tried:

• Contact 7
• WP Forms

Both of these should work just fine, and always did for me.

Where does the issue happen?
Do you get an error when submitting the message, and what the error says?
Or does it seem like it's sent successfully but you don't see it in your inbox?
Are messages ending up in your spam folder maybe?
Could it be that on your hosting plan the mail() function is disabled? You could check that by running this php code, from obviously some php file:
