Tax law/tax form as a web developer

Anything considered a "hustle" and not necessarily a CENTS-based Fastlane

So I'm close to launching my web design Freelancing business.
It will only be me and I'm the owner.

I pretty much got everything I need at this point but what tax form should I submit?

I am also married now with a shared bank account with my wife (don't know if this really matters in the tax form). I'm turning in my business license in Tennessee, USA as soon as possible.

That's where I'm currently at.

Also, it's increasingly difficult to find an accountant since I work a full time job. I'm thinking about pretty much doing this all myself and googling/researching how to do taxes through turbo tax and submitting a tax form (whenever I figure what to submit).
