Please just take a look at the front page. I did not update for mobile yet either. Please give me any suggestions for improvement.

Fix spelling errors! There's at least two within my five second glance.

It might be that my brain cells are already sleeping, but your value propositions aren't standing out properly to me. Instead of highlighting features of your service, concentrate on highlighting value your service offers. Remember: most people are too lazy to figure out what is the value proposition - it must jump out directly into potential customer's face when he/she opens your website.

IMO graphics look good, color choice is smooth, just play around with your content. Also, just a personal suggestion, include a 'Feedback' section, because it will allow you to explore ways of how your service can be improved and your company automatically becomes more trustworthy by potential customers, because you ain't afraid of feedback.

I was thinking the same thing, any suggestions on how I can make them stand out?

There's a lot to like on your website, and some that doesn't work.

Above the fold...I like the copy down to Friendly Professionalism except one thing:
I don't like 'strongest guarantee' ... I don't want a guarantee as a customer. I just want to be happy with the work you do. I'd replace that with 'Our customers love us. So will you' or something like that. Guarantees are negative

View your professional beforehand ... sounds like a dating website. I'm married. Don't want to date a cleaner. How about 'meet our cleaners'

Exclamation marks...too many of them

"You're inviting us into your home..." I like the idea, but reword

100% complete satisfaction...this is inviting trouble. "If you're not satisfied, we work until you are" is less risky

What's our twist? After everything you talk about above that, it sounds like an infomercial 'but wait, there's more...' Use this, but blend it in more into the rest of the page

"Give us call" - for what?

Professional Carpet Cleaning = professional bla bla.
Word "professional" is a pay-no-attention sign in 2016.

"No More Dirty Tricks From the Other Guys
Just Friendly Service You’ll Love!"

Those who can't show their value without belitteling others have no real value.

Carpet Manufacturer’s #1 Recommended Method
Nobody cares.

Honest Pricing, Never Any Hidden Charges
Weak emphasis.

The Strongest Guarantee in Our Area
Weak emphasis. And what guarantee? (don't answer to me, answer to your visitors)

CarpetGuy2small.jpg

Does he look shrinked to you?

Friendly Professionalism
Weak punchline.

"Vetted & Background Checked
No professional will be on the job until they
have passed our superstar examanation!"

Don't lick your own arse.

"View Your Proffesional Beforehand
Before your service, you will get to meet your
professional by viewing their profile!"

Weak punchline.

"White Glove Customer Service
We go to the ends of the earth to make sure you’re comfortable
and have an unbelievably postive experience!"

Weak emphasis.

Premium Service Guarantee
Premium services are not guaranteed, they are provided.

"100% On-Time Arrival
Your time is important! If we miss our arrival window
we will clean 1 room or piece of furniture FREE!"

If you're 100% on time, it means you are 100% on time. No other options.

"100% World-Class Cleaning
If in any way the expectations we agreed upon weren’t
fully met, we will come back and make it right!"

Same. BS title.

"100% Complete Satisfaction
If you are still not blown you away with our service,
you will get a 100% refund!"

Same. If you want to make people feel safer about your services, come up with another idea on how to convince them.

"Ask yourself, where are the downsides? There simply aren’t any, as you have zero risk! Think about it: if our system didn’t work, how could we possibly offer this level of guarantee?"
"Our system always works. And if it doesn't..."

That's just quick notes on your website, I won't dive into details.

at first glance, it looks professional. nothing to say.

people can tell in a second what the website is about. that's the more important thing to consider.

people should be able to say in 3 seconds when looking at a website :

what is it ?

what's in it for me ?

or they will click away without apologizing.

First impression - Some guys are going to come to my house to clean my carpets and will end up murdering me.

I would go on theme forest and find a nice looking theme and see what they did and how they did it to present whatever they are trying to sell.

Overall the website looks outdated and it reminds me of those websites that try to sell "get rich quick schemes that DO work".

If you are serious about your business you should hire a web designer(*khm me ;)) to do a nice website for you.

You got some tough love here, but it will only make it better.

You've given a lot of very good criticisms in all of your posts.

It's too bad most people can't take blunt advice.

Too busy right now to give individual critiques, but check my carpet cleaning thread in the Gold threads section. You'll learn some vital stuff for acquiring clients in this niche.

Good luck.

Where do you guys suggest that I hire a professional copywriter / website designer? I thought I could do it myself but it turns out its harder than expected! And thank you all for your criticism!

I think it's because phrases seem rude first, but that's just how things are.
Going easy on yourself is a road to mediocrity.

Well, while it's spinning calm down and give thanks to the people who are making critiques for a poster who doesn't have any posts because they won't want to contribute anymore.

Thanks.
I did say thank you, no need to be hostile here

No, I'm mentioning the "Thanks" button, you click it and it sends rep to people who posted.

It wasn't savage, please stop with that.I was just mentioning the thanks button.
Alright, slipped my mind!

It's not terrible by any means. Defiantly needs work though. If you are to succeed in any of your future adventures, you need to take the constructive criticism like a gift and build a thicker skin.
Your first reaction was "Where can I find a decent designer/copywriter" That's a give up attitude. You should be saying thanks guys, I really appreciate the feedback and I will investigate all the info a lot deeper, then keep tweaking until I get it right.
Just my 2 cents, hope it helps

The design is good. Looks fresh and good use of larger sized bold fonts.

It comes across as a bit immature and suggestive though.

The banner with the guys wrapping his arm around the woman's tits

Along with worlds like "dirty tricks" and "service you love" at the introduction.

I dunno, maybe it's just my dirty mind.

Looks as good as any other I've seen.

Perhaps you can create a blog section or youtube channel with carpet care tips to gain even more credibility and potentially free traffic.
