Hello Everyone, i have been working on my Agency from past one week and the Progress i have made till now is as follows,

• Agency Name: CleanLeeds Media
• Niche and Location- Carpet & Upholestery Cleaning and Leeds, UK (the Niche and location are selected based on Most Searched businesses on Google based on Cities )
• the services i am planning to start are as follows : Facebook/Meta Ads(Facebook Lead Generation Ads) + Appointment Setting
• The ICP(Ideal Customer Profile) is as follows:
  Company Size: 1-10 Employees
  Revenue: £10k - £40k+/month
  Decision Maker: Owner,Founder,MD

Pain Points:​

• High Quality Lead Flow
• Content Creation
• Branding/Website
• Reputation/Reviews

Business Goals:​

• Delivering a good service
• making money

Potential Bottlenecks:​

• Tech Phobic
• Oneman Band
• Understaffed

Completed the formats for cold call scripts, Emails, DM’s.
Found 60 local businesses based in Leeds.

Daily Targets:

• 25 Cold Calls + 25 Personalized Emails + 25 Personalized DM’s / Day.
• Find 50 New Businesses to Reach /Day

Weekly Targets(5 Days):

• 125 Leeds - 5 Meetings - 1 Client

Monthly Target(20 Days):

• 500 Leeds - 20 Meetings - 4 Clients

Businesses can usually spend 10% of there monthly Revenue on Marketing and i am looking to start targeting Clients that are between £7500- £30000 revenue.

I am planning to Start with £25 Daily Budget for Running 3 Ads setting clients Monthly Budget to £750. Through this I am expecting Daily Reach of 350-1000 People/Ad resulting in 2-3 Leads on Average per Ad.

I assumed a 20-30% sales conversion rate on these leads, which related to approximately 6 new customers/Week.

The Average Cost of Carpet Cleaning and Upholestery Job is between £150 - £250, getting clients at a weekly revenue of £1200.

My End Goal is to Add atleast £3000 - £5000 to there monthly revenue making it profitable for both of us**.**

I have not yet finalized the charges for the service but there are two options,

• Charge a Flat Fee(somewhere 100% of Ad Spend) or
• Charge a lower Flat fee + Certain Percentage of the Revenue(50% of Ad Spend+ 10% of Revenue Generated)

i am currently stuck at two hurdles,

• Making Cold Calls from India to Uk (Minimum Cost).
• not having experience or connections with Carpet Cleaning businesses in UK to gain insights of how things are on the groundwork level or have there point of view on the same.

i am planning to clear these hurdles by end of this week and start from monday. will keep updating the thread as things progress.

This is my First Venture on my own. i was always looking for the ways to Earn or Be Rich. for that i explored a lot of things after graduation ( i am a Computer Engineer) such as Trading, Investing, Financial Books. At the same time, i also Worked in Lead Generation, Debt Collection, Customer Service for earning my daily bread and butter. but After Reading TMF , now i feel like i found what i was looking for. it was not being rich but the feeling of doing what i always wanted to do and be surrounded by same kind of people who encourages and grow each others.
