Week 35
I've been doing a lot of thinking, and @machinistguy is right. I ordered 500 flyers for gutter cleaning before having an explosion of orders for chemsil. It hurts, but I'm not going to hand these out. I must focus. It sells & I need to carry this business through; otherwise, I cannot compete. I made this post, and the same sentiment was shared.
What's now occurred to me is that I need to be scalable with how I market Chemsil. I can buy influencers, but it's not as scalable and predictable. It wasn't brilliant of me not to consider creating a page myself and pushing out content.
My new attack on this will be two-pronged: Passive and Active.
Passive: ALREADY ESTABLISHED
WHO? People are directly looking for a solution to their problems. "Take my damn money!"
I've already filled out my Etsy page, they run Google ads for me (although it's expensive at £1.50 per sale), and I don't need to worry about it as much.
Active: BEGINNING & CONTINUAL
WHO? People that go, "Oh wow, I didn't realise there was a solution to this", or "Wow, that looks fun to use; I want one, where do I buy it?"
Here's the funnel.
Create Organic Content AND TikTok/ Instagram ads >> Etsy page >> orders >> get more reviews >> build influence.
This isn't a one-week thing; I need to post & be active for six months at least consistently. If not, then even further.
In soft goals, I woke up on a regular time scale (I've had too many late-night talks with @piano, though) & I went to the gym 6x this past week.
My personal website is going well too. The idea is to have a place to direct people when they ask me about self-improvement. For now, I'm doing this for fun to provide value, but it'll be used in the long run for coaching.
What's Next?
Edit: Forgot to mention, that I got those influencers contacted, and I will be running ads next week to trial it.
- Create Promo Video
- Contact 20 Influencers
Send out 500 flyers.Dismissed. See Below.- SOFT GOALS (wake up early, exercise 5x this week, finish audiobook)
- Chemsil objectives (see above)
- Create an essential personal website
