Building a Membership Website

Hi All,

I am currently in the process of building my MVP for my membership website. Working with a team of WordPress developers to build out a monthly membership website with a user paywall and backend.

I plan on setting this up using Stripe to process monthly payments. We are also working to make the UX very user-friendly and basic. I do not want to overwhelm our customer base.

To start I plan on using WordPress with membership plugins, Stripe for my payment processing, and a landing page. At the start, I plan to scale using the unscaleable. Yes, direct marketing and cold calling to get belly to belly and get real feedback directly from the potential end-users I am trying to sell the product to.

I also plan to create an affiliate program for the website and get some additional leverage that way. I have a good plan but you do not know what you do not know! I come from the brick and mortar space. Anyone with membership website experience I would love to hear your feedback on systems and processes that you believe I should look into.
