I saw a video about a a new marketing system using articles and it included a special wordpress template. ( you've probably seen it promoted recently for the $1 7 day trial - not sure I can mention what it is)
The marketing ideas were solid but the template had too many bugs in it
I took down one of my sites that was already making money, installed wordpress, then installed the special template.
I proceeded to recreate the site using their guidelines.
The first 5 steps were great. Then it hit a snag and nothing was working right.
I watched the videos again to make sure I did everything right but it still did not work.
Instead of building the site on wordpress, you were instructed to build most of the site on the server using your FTP client.
After 4 days of frustration, multiple emails to support ( which did not get answered), several requests for help from the "leaders" on their forum...I finally scraped the whole project and reinstalled my old web site ( luckily I did a backup before I deleted all the files.
Whew -- 4 days of hard work down the drain.
Their concepts were good. Their video training was good. But their WP template had numerous bugs.
