Free registration at the forum removes this block. This is kind of personal and maybe a bit 'crazy' lol...but does anyone here 'suffer' from Bi-Polar?? I think I might have bipolar 2 as all the symptoms are apparent...I just need some advice from anyone who has this and has any hints or tips...I did come across something interesting the other day (supplement of sorts if I remember correctly) but I just havent tried it yet....anywhenever I tell 'normal' people about what I might have most just say na its just in your mind etc etc..mind over matter etc...anyway I should be getting checked out soon but there are issues in the country I am in regarding proper advice...
This shit just kills my vibe, drive and focus...though all my heart and soul is into the Fastlane...this shit affects my abilities to follow through effectively with action at times...
There are multiple things you can consider.
First of all, tons of men suffer from porn addiction, there is a site about it: http://yourbrainonporn.com
I have something like a porn addiction, but it's not specifically porn, it's any kind of powerful stimulus. (I get nervous when I don't get my "fill" of overstimulation, e.g. music, the internet, food.) Mind is also blurry. I get depressed and so-on, so since this is bothering me, I'm dropping stimulus addiction as you could call it.
Second, if you really think you have bi-polar you should go to a doctor or psychiatrist first. Any supplements you take can be either bad for you or neutral. I know I don't like visiting the doctor either, so I suppose you're on your own here.
I can recommend looking into nootropics, those are smart drugs, can't recommend a specific stack for you, though. There's a site that offers this: Examine.com. Haven't bought their stack guide, but I like how the information is well sourced.
Multi-vitamins, omega-3 and so on are also things to consider. Your diet is also a huge part of this, as some foods like corn syrup can make you "stupid" and/or depressed.
