There are multiple things you can consider.
First of all, tons of men suffer from porn addiction, there is a site about it: http://yourbrainonporn.com
I have something like a porn addiction, but it's not specifically porn, it's any kind of powerful stimulus. (I get nervous when I don't get my "fill" of overstimulation, e.g. music, the internet, food.) Mind is also blurry. I get depressed and so-on, so since this is bothering me, I'm dropping stimulus addiction as you could call it.

Second, if you really think you have bi-polar you should go to a doctor or psychiatrist first. Any supplements you take can be either bad for you or neutral. I know I don't like visiting the doctor either, so I suppose you're on your own here.

I can recommend looking into nootropics, those are smart drugs, can't recommend a specific stack for you, though. There's a site that offers this: Examine.com. Haven't bought their stack guide, but I like how the information is well sourced.

Multi-vitamins, omega-3 and so on are also things to consider. Your diet is also a huge part of this, as some foods like corn syrup can make you "stupid" and/or depressed.

That sucks that there is a serious stigma in your country. It unfortunately exists everywhere on varying levels.

Consult a doctor; not a forum. Self-diagnosis is also risky: it's easy to mistakenly attribute symptoms to yourself. Mental issues are some serious shit. You don't wanna mess with them.

I don't know what the restrictions are outside Australia but www.beyondblue.org.au is a great resource.

Good luck man. I hope it proves not to be the case. No matter what happens, remember mental issues are a flaw of chemicals not character.

This is kind of personal and maybe a bit 'crazy' lol...but does anyone here 'suffer' from Bi-Polar?? I think I might have bipolar 2 as all the symptoms are apparent...I just need some advice from anyone who has this and has any hints or tips...I did come across something interesting the other day (supplement of sorts if I remember correctly) but I just havent tried it yet....anywhenever I tell 'normal' people about what I might have most just say na its just in your mind etc etc..mind over matter etc...anyway I should be getting checked out soon but there are issues in the country I am in regarding proper advice...
This shit just kills my vibe, drive and focus...though all my heart and soul is into the Fastlane...this shit affects my abilities to follow through effectively with action at times...

Go to a doctor. If you have it, the medication will help. If you don't, the doctor will tell you. Learn to deal with it, you're in control of your emotions--even with a mental issue--you just may need to use medication to help control your emotions.

WoofurrBro, I'm no Doctor, I'm just speaking from experience... but you may want to take an ADHD assessment. I have extreme ADD and the overstimulation thing is a HUGE indication. May want to check it out.

I used to swing from Mania to Depression. I also believed I had I had Bi-Polar 2. I agree with the comment above. Some days, I feel like molten lava is coursing through my veins, I work so fast. Some days, leaving the bed is a struggle.

It genuinely might just be ADD.

I use to from split personality disorder. I was living two lives at one point. Some people knew me as one person and my family knew me as another.

It was hardcore opposites. In one personality I just didn't care what happened. I'd get into fights, and did everything came with the lifestyle it was suppose to be. Except drugs, I was to strong willed to let myself get addicted to anything or try it for that matter.

The other side was polite, well mannered, and sort of a geek. Timid. Knew JavaScript coding, some HTML and some C++. Also played guitar occasionally.

High school was a really weird time for me.

Thanks guys for your thoughts and feedback...yes maybe it could just be ADD or ADHD, I will have to check a psychiatrist here out...only problem is finding a suitable one first as I am a foreigner here and not everyone speaks english here as well...hence my reason for not seeing one already.
I hope everyone else on here as doing well in handling whatever it is they might have...and as @WoofurrBro pointed out it could just be an -stimulation thing. And @Nadia I also experience that...when your Manic...brains works at a million miles per hour, excitement and happiness is overwhelming than the opposite of no drive at all...sucks.

If you think you have ANYTHING, go to the doctor and don't ask strangers on the Internet. It's not wasting your time: it's being smart about it.

If it is was simple n straight forward to see a doctor here I wouldve done so a long time ago...It wouldtake too long to explain but I might end up getting the wrong advice and medication etc worsening my condition, not all doctors here know what they are doing etc if I have something

Im the same as most of you guys (& girl).
The crazy mood swings, the sleepless nights with my brain thinking of everything under the sun, one day working non stop with huge energy levels the next I dont have enough energy to even make my self get out of bed.
I notice its extremely bad in the winter months being here in Scotland its really bad ice cold nights with constant rain it certainly doesn't help.
Im also the same not wanting to go to my gp but during the next bad event im going to have to. Give them bloods get them to check my body out also if i could get referenced to speak to someone. Its not going to hurt I suppose getting a professionals opinion its up to me to take it onboard from then on if I want to proceed with medication or any more meetings.
They wont force you to take tablets if you dont want to.

Its horrible but I wish you well and that you find your solution. Also try a good diet, NO ALCOHOL, walks, stability (as in get into a routine for a few weeks) and exercise it helps also.
