I've implemented the life-changing technique of setting goals before bed -- 3 professional goals, and 3 personal goals.

Any more and It'd be to stay busy (not what this is about). Be effective, not efficient.

After all, spare time is the ultimate luxury. Consider two men who make $50K a year. One works 80 hours/wk, and the other just 10 hours/wk. Who would you rather be?

What I usually do before bed is only think of one challenge/problem in my life, that I have no answer to right now.

Usually, if I do this every night, max after 3-4 days I will have my answer in the morning!
