Like many on the forum, I have various things going on at the same time at any given time. I'm at the point where I have become my own bottleneck, and would like to hire a VA to take a lot of the work off my plate so I can keep moving forward.
I'd be curious to hear anyone's positive experiences hiring a full time VA. How did you find them, train them, etc. Did it work out, how long did it take to get on the same wavelength? Did you hire local/remote/offshore?
The main tasks I need offloaded include online research, managing email/calendar, and status reports. They don't have to know everything, but should know how to figure things out, along with the usual MS Office tasks.
Any thoughts appreciated!
