hi ,Everyone i was wondering if i am the first chinese here ?
Glad to be here ,my name is Ada and i am from China ,
I read the book ,TMF yesterday ,i forget to have lunch and go to bed ,i cant go to sleep for a long time and decide to register the fastlane forum even my english is not so good .
Finaly i found this book and got the truth ,before this .i was told by my friends ,my parents ,go to university and find a good job and you will make money ,find someone get married ,have a baby ,,,,,i thought my life will be so .and this is the life that my parents want me to have.
1.Education
I spent 17 years at school ,when i graduated from university i am 24 years old .my major is international business and trade ,so my job is overseas sales.
2.Jobs
I get good scores at school and i do the job which is my major in the university ---international business,
3.Now ,busy but no money and no time .
i usually need to fly to all over the world .i help the boss to sell goods to the world and i am busy (in 2019 ,i fly every month ) and get less money ,no time to be with my family .
sometimes i was wondering ,is this the life that i want ? my friends and my family thought i have very good life but i am not happy .
now i dont have any debts i get little deposits,i have job,i have family and i have house and so on except no time ,but i am not happy
cz i am too busy and wonder when i can get retired? i need to spend 40 years?
i work very hard ,6 days one week ,during one week ,i dont have time to go to rest ,because when the customer need me ,i always reply fast and offer good service .cz the customer come from all the world and there is jet lags ,so i am busy ,when china is night ,but my EU ,US customer only begin to work .it means i always need to standby as long as my customer need me .
i get more customers ,i am more busy ,but i dont have much money and i am worried about my job .and once i get many customers ,i may get kicked off ,cz the company can offer lower salary if they hire one new hand ,they only need to offer service and dont need to develop customers anymore .by this the company will save money .
now i know this is the fastlane of my boss but not my .i am only the part of his fastlane .
4.Why i join the forum ?
when i read the book ,i was shoked ,this is opposite of what i have been told for 30 years.and this is i am looking for .i want to be rich and then i have money and time to do what i want to do .
so i join this forum and want to stay with who have the same wish or who already on the road of the fastlane .hope one day i can find my fastlane.
5 What will be my fastlane ?
if i establish one company and do the international business ,to sell the industrial products to all over the world i am not sure if this is the fastlane .
there is demand ,i can control the company ,but there is too many competitors ,customers are all over the world,but need to many time to do the managements.
and many chinese factory or trade company want to find customer ,they look for customer by the traditional way ,FAIR (now impossible),B2B platform but too expensive now (almost 4700usd/year ,)the B2B dont guarantee anything and we may also need to pay additional Ads fees .now to build a english website to do the promotion in google is also very expensive(5000 usd one website and dont guarantee anything you even dont konw if the website is good or not,not sure about the Ad fees in google ) .most of the sales dont know the computer technology ,they may know commercial and know how to do business with someone ,but they dont know how to get target customers by website .like i said usuaylly by Fair B2B,SNS.
i do international business for almost 6 years ,but i dont know how to build a website so customer will find our company in google,what we do most is go to fair or B2B customer to wait for the customer ,or send promotion letters to customer's email (not sure if this is the customer or not ,like to catch a fish in the sea,and email easy to be add in the blacklist) or add customer by linkedin ,facebook and so on (i dont do this before ,customer may feel distrubed)
anyway i feel happy to find this book and this forum ,thanks very much MJ
