But the thing is that most users on the forum (reddit) are USA citizens . people from my country are Just few .it may be an opportunity

Do you know what it takes to create and run a forum? Let's pretend you do...

You ask for advice here, but with your attitude/approach it sounds like you should be asking your countrymen and women.

What problem does this actually solve?

If there is a need, how will you make money? Who will support your sex forum? What is your country's attitude about sex? A forum like this would be frowned on in many societies.

This morning you didn't know what MVP or conversion means, so I'm not sure what you will do with the cyber attacks a forum like that might face.

You can't come running to the forum asking questions when you face problems. Like I said earlier, one of these days, you are going to learn how to solve problems for yourself.
