I feel kinda sad that this is my first thread, but honestly i’m stuck. Feel free to give me as much criticism as you want, but I genuinely feel like this is a huge issue and I hope this could help out other entrepreneurs with the same issue.
I’m a 17 year old girl who’s building an exterior cleaning company, i’m just beginning and building my reputation with highschool ending. I feel like I have no one around me who is dedicated to their craft, or anyone likeminded and/or wants to be an entrepreneur/is an entrepreneur. It feels so frustrating and lonely with my circle being people who don’t care about the same things i do such as pop culture, meaningless drama, relationships, etc. I have tried dating and am dating but it just feels so frustrating since I haven’t been with anyone that has the same values or mindset to succeed. And as a girl, I want someone to be able to meet me at my lifestyle and mindset, which I haven’t been able to find (dating wise and friendship wise). It feels debilitating not being able to find people close to my age or at least know people in general to connect with. I know this is a lonely road, but is it really this lonely? Or am I not doing anything productive to make this better for myself? Am I settling and saying there’s no one around when i’m not even trying to connect with other young entrepreneurs? I feel like I don’t have the time to anyways since I am so focused on my business. I really want likeminded friends or even dating but I know it is a lonely road, but it’s not about that. I want a circle of people, or maybe some advice, or a reality check. Help.
This has been all over the place, sorry, I’m just so frustrated with my circle of friends/relationships.
