For anyone running agentic AI workflows in their business - or about to.

Whether you can trust your AI workflow to leave it working on it's own depends on how it's engineered.

Some key considerations include:
  • Which model you gave the job to.
  • What happens when something goes wrong.

You don't hire a PhD to sweep floors.

You pay your finance lead well because you want judgment calls, advice, someone orchestrating the whole function.
Running payroll goes to someone cheaper who does it well, follows the process, and knows when something's odd enough to escalate.

And neither of them totals a column by eye. That's what the spreadsheet is for. SUM() is stupid. It has also never once been wrong.

You already run this hierarchy. You've just never run it on your AI.

Frontier model for judgment calls, advice and orchestrating the whole workflow.
Cheaper model for well defined work, defined leeway for autonomous decisions, and a threshold where it escalates instead of guessing.

And anything where you need accuracy without exception, don't ask a model to approximate it. Give it tools to fetch accurate answers, every time. That's what MCP server can do for you.

Nothing crashed. Something still broke.

When you're trying something new, focus is often on one question: "How do I get this to work?".
You want to see the thing run. You want to see if it's worth your while.

Then it goes live. Real data. Real customers. Wired into your actual apps.

And soon enough, you may find you have another question: "How do I get this to not break?".

The answers are as varied as the number things you can build.
So then, how do you actually address this?

By understanding what are the types of things that tend to break your workflow.

When your questions become specific to your workflow, so do the answers.

Here are some essential considerations on how things break.
  • Bad input: Some data was entered incorrectly. Or supplier changed their invoice format slightly. A field came through empty. Does incomplete data proceed into the workflow, possibly breaking it? Or well-meaning AI fills in the blank with hallucinated data?

  • Interrupted run: API times out. Your CRM is down four minutes. You hit a rate limit. Your connection drops. Does it retry? And does the re-run know whether the first attempt was successful? This is how customers get charged twice, or leads disappear into the void without you ever knowing they reached out.

  • Confidently wrong: No error anywhere. Everything completes. The output was simply wrong. And three weeks later it's in your report, and you're making a decision on it.

  • Hostile input: Someone's email or document contains instructions aimed at your agent rather than at you. That's prompt injection, and it currently sits at #1 on the OWASP Top 10 for LLM: (LLMRisks Archive). Check out all the items on that list, and thank me later.
Now - if that feels unlikely, here's a WordPress access log from today (if these mean nothing to you, that's the whole point):

None of these are real page requests. Nobody typed these. They're automated bots rattling doorknobs, checking every site they can reach for known vulnerabilities. Nothing personal. This site isn't "under attack." Put WordPress on a fresh domain and you'll see a similar thing the same day.

It's just the condition of having anything online with a public address.

Now ask what those same operations are doing as businesses start connecting agents to their email, their files, and their customers.

The offer

Who it's for: You're running a business and you've either wired AI into your workflows already, or you're about to.

What it is: 30 minutes call, free, no obligation.

If it's something already running, we go through it, and review per above criteria and more.
If it's something you're still planning, we discuss where and how your business could benefit the most from AI.

Me: 15+ years in software and web development (including software integrations, not just between APIs, but also custom solutions such as connecting legacy systems to ecommerce), business degree, and deep enough into AI to have opinions about MCP tool schemas.

My goal is to help you build robust agentic AI solutions tailored to your business which address all of the above points and more. Which are documented, maintainable and fully run on your end, not depending on me for anything. I'm not selling hosting or SaaS.

I help you build solutions you can stop watching.
