Hi! I’ve been a long-time follower of the Fastlane philosophy and finally decided to build something instead of just thinking about it.
I recently launched DivorceNavigator.ai, an AI-powered platform designed to help couples navigate the divorce process more efficiently while also supporting mediators and other divorce professionals.
My background is somewhat unique:
The vision is to create a platform that helps users:
I built the initial version using Replit and AI tools, but I’m now at the stage where I’m not sure what the highest-value next step is. I’m looking for honest feedback from entrepreneurs who have built SaaS businesses, marketplaces, or legal-tech platforms.
Some questions I have:
I’m also looking for a mentor or someone willing to take a look at the platform and give candid feedback. I have no ego about it. If the idea is flawed, I’d rather hear it now than spend years building the wrong thing. My goal is to create something that genuinely helps families while also building a scalable business that isn’t limited by my personal time. Any advice, criticism, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

- Experience helping clients with retirement assets, QDRO considerations, and financial planning issues that often arise during divorce
The vision is to create a platform that helps users:

- Prepare for mediation
- Explore settlement options
- Connect with qualified professionals when needed

Some questions I have:
- Is this solving a big enough problem?
- Should I focus on consumers, mediators, attorneys, or referral partners?
- Is this more of a SaaS business or a lead-generation business?
- What would you prioritize next if you were in my shoes?
- Would you charge monthly subscriptions, per-case fees, or use a freemium model?
- At what point should I bring in a technical co-founder or hire a developer?
- How do I validate demand before investing significant capital?
I’m also looking for a mentor or someone willing to take a look at the platform and give candid feedback. I have no ego about it.
