I ignored those time-honored signs last bull run, figuring that maybe mass-adoption was occurring. Whoops! I've been DCA'ing ever since that top, and will sell all and further free myself this bull run. Then I'll buy back in once I see people lamenting the death of crypto -- again. See pic for the literal top last go round.

What are peoples bets on the halving?

Well, the last 3 times it has happened(2012, 2016, 2020). It did go up the following months. LOL

It ran up prior to the halving, pulled back a bit after the halving and it was sideways for a few months then kind of broke out.

In 2012 maybe people didn’t know so it was kind of dead-money.

But, right now 2024 it’s not the same IMO.

The play/bet around $BTC is different than a fiat-collapse or inflation play IMO.

It’s different than say Gold or Crude Oil.

When Joe Cowboy is talking about "buying some o' them bitcoins" with the Ace Hardware cashier... it's a bubble.

Someone who spent 2 weeks trying to haggle me down on a $50 stock tank on facebook marketplace just bought it from me today (for $50 lol)

Someone in my family(who probably shouldn’t be in my life) tried to shame me and humiliate me by showing me a fake screenshot of his crypto gains. This was last month.

I know we all have people like this in our lives. People who are liars, envious, gaslighters and wannabe’s.

This is how you know this is a bubble. When liars and wannabes think they are geniuses and know more than people who actually understand the technology.

Crypto is 100% a bubble that will collapse. It will be an opportunity to buy in cheaper though.

My tin-foil-protected-big-brain idea is that the crypto markets will sell-off in the coming weeks/months and rise again on the next round of rate-cuts and election-interference spending.

Grayscale Investments has announced the launch of its Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF, featuring a competitive management fee of 0.15%, aiming to provide a more accessible and cost-effective option for investors interested in gaining exposure to Bitcoin.

This move comes with plans to transfer approximately 10% of its assets from the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to this new fund, which is expected to hold around 63,204 BTC.

The firm anticipates that this strategic step will address the demand for lower-cost investment options in the cryptocurrency market, attracting a broader range of investors seeking exposure to Bitcoin.

Assuming the GBTC sell-off is ending (soon)... my prediction from a few pages back stays. A double from the $43k pre-ETF launch by year end. So that's a $86k target, but I wouldn't be surprised to see $100k.

Power Law model says bottom in the low $30k range, top in the $120k range.

I have had my computers on through the winter, and during this unseasonably cold spring I have still yet to turn my furnace on which is nice. Take that Canadian carbon tax!!

I traded all my SOL and other "big name shit tokens" for legit risky poop. I'm participating in my first ever ICO, and some other newer coins on their first week of release. Fingers crossed that 100% gambling does something, if it goes to zero I'm perfectly willing to accept that as well.
