But markets have continued to cycle.

Your position sounds reasonable, but it's not aligned with historical data.

Countless others will discover what a smart contract is.

And countless others still will experiment with the role of BTC in a fiat debt-spiral.

This bull cycle is very quiet. I feel that it is even quieter than the 2017 cycle when btc hit 20k for the first time, when ripple ceo was richer than jeff bezos for a few days.

The price no doubt is high. But the buzz to price ratio is low.

Maybe it is evolving into an institutional assets.

The ten Bitcoin ETFs did $10b in volume yesterday, smashing the record set last Wednesday.

Net inflows of bitcoins purchased by ETFs was over $10k.

Also based on past records, once Bitcoin breaks its previous all-time high, 3 out of the 4 times it has doubled in 18 days or less.

I think we go next leg up.

Bought the top of Eth two years ago with a few thousand dollars. About to break even then liquidate my position. Will pump the money back into my business/real estate. Something I understand a lot more and can get better returns at. Interesting learning experience and I'm happy I was able to hold for that length of time as the funds involved were low. I know so many people who liquidated massive losses because they were requiring the money to survive or for major life events and panicked.

But usually when you see the futures like that early in the session, something is up.

We will see a big pullback in the markets this month or next month of April as it looks like the VIX wants to find a new floor.

Don't be so sure.

I dont know about you but I didn't think anyone came close to thinking 69k was the top last cycle.

No one predicted a double top at all. Everyone thought the bull market was still on the entire time.

It played out very different to past cycles.

This will aswell.

Not the exact top at $69k, but I remember telling my friends and father taking profits when ETH was mid $4Ks. I couldn't go anywhere without seeing crypto - Parties, YouTube vlogs, work, the gym, etc.

But yeah, I'm not predicting any tops right now. Could be 90k, could be $600k.

The market is incredibly bullish right now, though, and any dip from here is a great buying opportunity IMO.

There will be a "false flag" that causes a sharp decline of over 20% right after the halving. But don't be fooled, this will be optimum time to buy the dip...

Following this sharp decrease will be a Sonic Boom in Bitcoin price to well above 200k towards what experts will deem Bitcoins "Hot Girl Summer".

I can't guarantee what happens after this. It's likely though that this sets up Michael Saylor to be the first Trillionaire.

I donno man, I think we will struggle to break much more than 100k.

No one can say for sure. BTC has never hit an ATH before the halving in history. With what has happened to the dollar since the last halving cycle, the ETF’s and wider adoption, we could see some crazy movement this time around. If BTC followed historic averages as a benchmark, BTC would be anywhere from 100-200k in 2024/2025 respectively.

I highly doubt we hit close to 200k. Diminishing returns and less volatility over the years.

BTC is getting more stable, and will no longer provide asymmetric returns after this in my opinion.

Only alts will be able to do that.
