Progress Thread: Mobile Service Execution

Hello Everyone,

I am starting this thread to keep myself accountable. I have been distracted as of lately and need to get back on track and staying focused.

My Idea/Cents/Goal : Mobile Boutique, test markets, build and scale once idea has been confirmed by markets.

11/22/20 Current Goals and Progress:

Progress :Currently Building out Truck. The truck has been gutted and wallpaper completed. Inventory on hand.

Goals: To Complete by November -December 2020: Install flooring, finalize painting of truck, install closets, displays, input inventory,( Goal to have this done by 11/30/20) continue to learn and read up on marketing, copy writing, go live slowly (Covid) , start to test out the local markets.

@AshleysBliss - When you say "Mobile Boutique" - are you talking about HairStyling?

If so, cool idea to get started. There is a lot of directions you can take this after the initial biz is launched and profitable. Sending you give vibes and encouragement out into the Universe!

Thank you so much, I really appreciate that. It’s actually a mobile clothing store for women 24-34. It’s been a lot of ups and downs with the buildout but I’m pushing through it .

Sounds interesting. Curious why you're starting by investing in a truck as opposed to doing home "trunk shows" or something similar. But if it's a big enough truck to give a shopping experience, then that does set you apart and you don't have to lug stuff around and get set up, etc.

Anyways, I look forward to hearing more.

That is correct. I want to provide a unique shopping experience as well as convenience to local customers. On a bigger scale still trying to figure that out, but one step at a time.

Progress Update To Keep Myself Accountable 11/29/20​

Over the past 4 days and working non stop, I have managed to install the Flooring, Counters, Book shelving
(not included in pic) Closet Racks, and glued down most the displays. Finally Moved the Truck after sitting for 6 months, and learned a hell of a lot of things this week on my own.

Goals to Accomplish in December 2020:
1. Find a painter, get it painted and add Business Logos and social media stickers
2. Do more extensive research on the legality, of where I can park, test the market, possibly do a partnership with another business?
3. Research on how to market effectively my idea/concept to my ideal clients and add more value to them.
