Limiting beliefs and biases that limit us are always a drag on our forward progress. Identifying and challenging those limits has to be a skill that is honed with practice over time.
How do you identify your limits? What strategies do you use to overcome those limits?
For me I can feel the limits internally. My little voice starts confirming my limits. It tells me that I am risking comfort and "Don't do it". When I hit that point it takes me some time to mull over my plan. I know I will make the call or meet the person but it takes some time for me to develop my plan of action. Usually the results are better than my little voice would have me believe.
