Hey guys, let me know your thoughts on this partnership proposal's payment structure below.

Industry - Automated Trading (Crypto and FOREX)

Business - A platform that provides automated trading bots (that pass our screening tests) to be used by Investors in Crypto and FOREX.

We are going to offer high ROI bots to investors to use.

Myself and 2 other partners are going to do launch it together. They already have a Crypto Bot that they've worked on for over a year. I am joining primarily as the Capital Raiser who finds investors for the bots.

The payment structure they've proposed of profits from each bot (After we pay the investor their 70% of profits and take our 30% cut of profits) below:

1) For my 2 partners' bot that they made

25% to Whoever Brought The Investor In
25% to our Company's expenses (Eg marketing, growth, etc)
50% to Bot Developers (Them)

2) For any other bots that aren't theirs

25% to Whoever Brought The Investor In
25% to our Company's expenses (eg. marketing, growth, etc)
37.5% to Bot Developers (Whoever owns/developed the bot)
12.5% to us 3 (we own the company, so this is how much we earn as royalties)

---

I'm going to be the main Capital Raiser (person who brings the investors in). I have the most experience with Capital Raising+Company Management whilst they are the Developer types.

Equity of the Platform Company would be us 3 with a 33.% each split.

May consider doing an ICO (Initial Coin Offering) too after 3-6 months.

Let me know your thoughts on the payout structure of the Bot Platform.

Do you think you are getting screwed or do you think it is a fair deal?

How much does an investor have to invest? If it's not a large amount then it could be that the marketing draws them in so who own's the client then?

If that online marketing proves efficient then 25% of the profit will go back into marketing and 50% to your two other partners leaving 25% which goes where?

What roles does everyone have? What working commitments etc. etc..

I think it seems like a fair deal, but wanted external opinions.

Investor minimum investment is $250, but we believe average (based on data with previous bots I marketed for) would be $10,000.

The company owns the client always (We are splitting company equity between 3 of us)

The remaining 25% in your question goes to the person who brought that investor in.

Roles

Myself - Capital Raiser (& potentially managing director, but haven't discussed yet)
Partner 1 - Technical Analysis, General Strategy, etc for Bot
Partner 2 - Bot Development (Coding)

Basically, the payment structure is worked out in a way that you get what you put in = If you bring an investor in, you are entitled to 25% of the cut we take from that investor. If you built a bot, you get 37.5%-50% of the cut that we take from that investor. All while 25% of the cut always goes to the Company's expenses for further growth.
