Apart from gyming ,I have done following things :Hey, 1.5-2 kgs is a very good step forward Bhanu! What have you changed and what are you still uncertain about? Maybe we can help and adjust this further for the long-run.
1. Eating/Drinking less sugar
2. More running/walking every day.(I try to burn at least 100 Calories a day.)
3. Sleeping better (8 hours with no exception)
I want one more thing to add : I work in a Job which requires me to work in night shift(till 3 to 4 AM daily 5 days a week) . I can not leave my job due to responsibilities (though I am working on my business side by side) .I feel my night shift job also has something to do with the weight gain. However I dont fret over this as it can not be controlled for now .
My aim is to reach 70-72 Kgs. Currently I am clocking 76-77 Kgs .
