Introduction:
I'm Andrea, 20 y/o from Italy.
I have a 9to5 (actually 8.30 to 6) job that basically steals me the whole day. In the evening I hit the gym and then read / study / meet with friends.

Introduction 2:
I feel like a small fish in a shark acquarium!! Lot of you are making XX,XXX $ per month.
Mine is just a small success story
Please understand that it's my first experience as an online entrepreneur

On August 2016, I realized the power of Instagram and figured out how many people were creating new / growing their Instagram accounts in order to start making money from it.

"In a gold cave, don't be a miner, sell shovels"

What could i give them? What is the shovel of an instagrammer?
Of course an Instagram automation service.

But there are a lot of Automation services! So let's go deeper...

The majority of people who start an IG "business" account is simply looking to make some easy money, and has no desire to learn how to use an Automation Service or to test any engagement strategy.
They are like a businessman who just uses the "open the gate at the morning" marketing strategy.

So why don't I give them an Automated Automation Service where I personally analyze your market and set up the best strategy for you while you don't lift a finger?

And that is where I started.

What did I do?

- Created two IG accounts to bring some free traffic (0$);

- Bought a domain and hosting with wordpress (30$) ;

- Bought an Instagram Automation Software (100$)

- Used my Lifetime license for Divi (wordpress theme) at ElegantThemes ( NO AFF LINK) (0$)

- Build the website by myself (+WooCommerce, + email marketing service) (One weekend)

-Started posting on Instagram and bringing some traffic to the website. (1 hr to schedule every weekend)

Total spent = 130$ .

And these are my results. (It's a Woocommerce report)

I'm proud, because this is a 90% passive income. All i have to do is analyzing the account and setting up the system at the best.

It's a small success, but I have to start somewhere.

As you can see, I haven't improved a lot during these months, so today I started using Google Adwords with a 100$ budget (20$/day).
I got 9 new trial requests!

Basically I'm providing a service of Instagram Automation.
Other companies sell you the product and then you personally have to find the best settings for your account.
The value I add is that i find the best settings for you.
One of my customers is getting +300 followers daily. That means +1000 after 4 days!

Today should be the last day of my campaign on AdWords.
60 new trials today. 157 is the total amount.
I need 7 customers to have an immediate ROI.
Tomorrow I'll post my whole AdWords and Analytics stats

Yes, I use FL at the moment, but I will pay a developer soon (when i can afford it).

Great action, and great thread so far.

A quick piece of advice: pay for an INSIDERS's membership and ask one of the mods to move the thread there. Your business is very easy to replicate and very low barrier to entry. If you're going to post a step by step of how you're operating here, then you'll be welcoming unwanted competition.

On the inside that risk is lower because a) most people that pay the membership fee are already working on their own projects; and b) there's a barrier for everyone that comes on sites like thefastlaneforum looking for ideas to steal.

And if you don't want to move the thread to the inside, then I recommend you use less detail.

I'm sorry i haven't posted an update, but actually there's not any significant one.

Got 4 customers thanks to the campaign, 60$ (excluding recurring revenue).
I've spent 25€ myself and 75€ as a bonus.
= Made about 35$.


And yes, I haven't signed up for INSIDERS yet, because my business is still small, It barely covers the cost at the moment!

Also, how's your IG followers going? Seeing decent improvements?

They're growing slow these days! I'm at a +50 average per day :/

Yes, I started with a bang and had a lot of trials! But only four of them has converted to customers.
I think there were too many trials. I couldn't handle them at my best. There was no time.

Yeah, as in how many website visits do you have? It'd be nice to get a conversion % and you can work off that.

Oh I think that is way too low. You are not selling them a pack of razor blades or an audio book once a month. You are building a responsive and engaged following 24/7. They can see the increases in both followings, likes and engagement on a daily basis. Do you think getting 50 to 300 new followers a day is only worth 50c? I would have thought that $40 to $60 per month would be a very reasonable figure.

The problem is when you aim at the bottom of the market you tend to attract the freeloaders who are just out to get something for nothing. The 80/20 principle indicates you will get 80% of your problems from 20% of your customers and from past experience its the freeloaders that sit firmly in the 20% bracket.
