There is a post by @juan917 about Kevin O'Leary https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/kevin-olearys-story.67454/
One of his quotes from this story is "Once you become wealthy, which I believe happens when you are not watching, you have to find a business you fall in love with. And while you are doing that, hopefully enjoying yourself because I don't believe entrepreneurs ever do things they don't want to, you're going to get rich, you're just not going to notice it."
It takes me back to the many questions that people have had on here relating to how to find motivation, systems to put in place, etc.
Motivation does not come from discipline, it comes from drive. That drive is kept alive by passion. The passion comes from loving what you do.
I personally cannot go to tools for productivity or organization and follow them. Every morning I wake up and know what is going to happen that day. It may change, but I go into it with a passion and drive that it is going to get done. Personnel and their issues will not get in the way. Other people and their agendas are not going to change mine drastically.
I remember discussions on the topic of doing what you love. The pro's and con's of this. It is not a question of this though. The real answer is loving what you do, because you enjoy it and WANT to do it.
Thanks for the post. I really enjoyed listening to that
