Someone suggested that I get terry vaughn's paper into gold. I'm finding it a challenge to locate a copy. Amazon, EBay, Craig's list, even biggerpockets.com no joy. Anyone have one?

Thanks z

I wouldn't have posted here if I hadn't put in a little effort first.

I found that site
Searched it
The link to the product went to a 404 not found page CRE Online Store

The sight is a little dated. It seems to be run now by some woman with the same last name maybe his wife or daughter. Maybe she gave up.

I just joined their mailing list (something I didn't want to do) maybe that will open contact with someone.

Several years ago I came across the creonline site. I was impressed by the range of articles and quality of thought and investment experience available there. I thought then, and I still do, that when I have funds for an investment portfolio, I'd like to pursue this kind of investing. Unfortunately, if there were sections on how someone who's broke can get paid as a finder, I missed them. But I think I'll return to it after clearing up the lingering credit issues from the cancer, and getting back on my feet financially with current work and business.
