Having a group of like-minded individuals that get together regularly, discuss new ideas, hold each other accountable and share experience is very important to achieve success quickly (or fastER than you would without one).
That's why I want to start a mastermind group for young entrepreneurs. To have an effective mastermind group I think we have to have a set age bracket (under 25) and theme - entrepreneurship.
Although the main theme is entrepreneurship, I think that we can include self-development goals that are outside entrepreneurship. Also, I think it would be beneficial to share insights of read books and recommend books to each other.
So here are the details (nothing is set in stone, exceptions and changes can be made):
- The participants have to be entrepreneurs or aspiring to be entrepreneurs.
- Under 25 (exceptions can be made for under 30 too)
- We'll have formal and structured meetings so that everyone can get the most benefit out the sessions. I think the best times to meet would be a Sunday or Monday evening for an .
- We'll hold the meetings through either Google hangouts or Skype.
- In our first meeting we can introduce ourselves and set up rules and guidelines for future meetings.
- The number of participants is limited to about 6 or 7.
