Yesterday we had a trial client tell us to move an appointment from 8am to 10am. I assumed she called the prospect back to reschedule; she didn't. I called her out on it and she apologized.

When staff is paid on hours that is their focus until clock out.

This is fixed with good management, penalties/negative incentives for low performance etc. Delegate and pray doesn't work from the start.
