I have founded this skincare company called drkleo.com with the goal of one day having the perfect routine designed to give people under 25 glass like skin, Now at a extreme scale, we have a super beucratic and annoying company that customers hate dealing with, and at the opposite of that it would be a open source company that doesnt even hide there team chats, hiring strategy, marketing strategy, to the point where people from the public can join the discord and see
Think about Alex Hormozi, thats what he does
And if i open source my skincare company, two things will happen, first competitors will peak in, but second i will have a community of like minded people who will build this company with me ,
Ive NEVER seen anyone give there formulas away , and im gonna do it , i dont care about money, and for competitors who try copy me, my slogan is if you can outwork me, you take the money , thats also why ive never hidden ideas
