Hi everyone, my name is Nick Rioux, I just started my web design agency, Whiteglove Copy today. I've followed the Fastlane Forum and read the first 2 of MJ's books. They really helped me put into perspective what it means to own a business and how it offers an alternative road, provided it's a Fastlane venture. I plan to scale this within the next year but currently, it is just me. So I went down to city hall and formed a Sole Proprietorship to start, after I took an Uber to the closest bank and opened a 2 business accounts, one for operations, and one for taxes. My mentor advised 4 but currently I don't have a need for a payroll or vendors, as all products are digital. I've spent the last few days scouring the forum for advice on the best way to get started, and came across an e-book by @Fox, I will begin reading tonight. Right now I am just starting with websites, but I plan to offer additional services like graphics, logo design, SEO and business cards as well. I think I have a good footing to start on with 6 years graphic design experience, as far as building sites right now I am using Wordpress Gutenberg and looking into Elementor and leveraging AI as well. I have 10 years of keyboarding experience too, so my typing is relatively fast. Any on getting started professionally would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
