So basically, i have no experience with starting a business. I had this idea of starting a vermicompost company last month as locally it is done on a small scale and there is not really many competitors. I have done weeks of research into it and was ready to launch it soon but when i test the quality of the idea using the cents rating , it wasnt good as shown here: GradeMyBusinessIdea.com: Vermicompost (Results)
Should i proceed or explore another idea?

If you have no previous experience, I would say go do this one until you get some feedback from the market. Right now you should learn about business as much as you can and I am not talking about books and courses. Get your hands dirty and start it. New opportunities will come as you go on.

Unless you have other better ideas in the pipeline, I'd say go for it as it is far better to do something (even if not a good CENTS based business) than nothing. You will learn so much, and if it doesn't work out or even if you decide to stop after a month because you suddenly get a better idea based on CENTS, it will have been a much better use of your time than not doing anything. You can still think of and explore "better" ideas while executing on this one.

It's better doing something that is not 100% optimal fail eventually but learn something rather than action-facking, looking for better ideas and never producing anything

Inaction is the worst action. You have no experience so there's no way you can accurately grade your performance or the marketmind's response to your business. Try it but limit your risk. If you fail, it's okay because now you have experience and can move on to the next idea. If you succeed, it's great because now you've found something that is responding well to the market and what people need. Then from there you can explore other ideas with the funding from the vermicompost company. That compost could be marketed well too because it is far better quality and safer for the environment, plants, and the people who use it for gardens and farming since it is a natural process. It could also be a funnel for a recycling business in the future as the paper scraps are perfect for the worms.

Have fun, stay motivated, and keep us updated!
