I think I stress for about 90% of the day where I’m going to end up in my life and struggle to live in the present moment. I’ve got loads of plans with what I want to do such as starting my own window cleaning business but then I overthink and am very without knowledge to the point where I sometimes struggle to take action.
I think I’ve learnt that not everything in life is going to be roses and daisies and it’s going to be shit at time which I think is what I’m going through right now. It’s comforting to know people are in the same or even worse conditions than me and it helps to know I’m not alone but at the same time we are all on our own journey and therefore are alone.
Sorry for this rant post I’m just very confused and have been raised to never take action out of the ordinary and always abide by what your boss tells you.
I’d love to just see other comments on this post even if you have no idea what to say just talk about your story, it will calm and educate me aswell as many others.
