Hi all, looking at billionaires I don't understand their goals and motivations. Why do they work 10 hours a day? Like Musk or Bezos, Gates or hundreds of other billionaires, they have made a fortune that even their grandchildren will probably have enough. So what's their “why”? They want to be the best companies in the world? Or are they just hooked on this drug of “entrepreneurial giving people value”? And what were their motives when they started? I've studied the beginning of the careers of Ilon Musk, Jobs, Zuckerberg, why did they go into entrepreneurship? For the sake of retiring by 30? But then why do they keep working if they don't have to. Maybe their actions weren't to make money? But at the same time, for example, Musk was very poor as a child. So what motives and goals did and do they pursue now?
