Which way should I go?

Hey all,

After going back and forth on here for a while, from trying out some unsuccessful business, and thinking of new ideas, I'd really like to execute again. I've been working a 8-4 job in a school, and like most/all of you, I'd like more than the rat race.

I haven't been able to think of a business idea that's good enough to run with, and really pursue. It would be helpful if I could get some input. At this point, out of the ideas listed below, what would you guys/gals suggest?

1. Jewelry business
2. Car wash
3. Laundromat
4. Real estate agent
5. Education consultation - helping educators and administrators with resumes, interviews, lesson plans / instruction / evaluations
6. Photobooth (for weddings)

I like the jewelry idea because I feel it's something people will always want, and I have some knowledge about it. 2 and 3 are more passive type of businesses (yes I'm aware they might actually require more than just 'passive' work). And as far as real estate agent, I know there are so many, but everyone will always need a place to live; and although I'd technically be working for a broker, it's still MY business, and I figure I could do it as a side hustle outside of work.

Idea 5 is connected to what I'm doing now, I just don't know how much of a demand there is for a type of a business like that.

6 seems cool, but I'm not sure how fastlane it is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
