Check the Gold threads to see what some of the best performers are up to, you can learn a lot thanks to them. Do not expect anyone to spoonfeed you the information you are looking for though, you will have to dig it up for yourself, and regardless, everyone's journey is different, so even if you manage to replicate some aspects of someone's business around here, you will most likely have to do a lot of things differently.

If you want to see how people get started nowadays (as opposed in a lot of Gold thread, when they started a while ago), there's this section.

Again, while the information presented in all of these threads is incredibly useful, ultimately what really matters is that you start finding out what to do yourself. Because what works for you is different from what works for other people, even if you end up doing the exact same thing.

Questions like yours are discouraged, spoonfeeding isn't something people on this forum like to do, and for good reason.
