1. 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM: Do my little workout routine after workout I have my 1st meal Im currently doing an IF(Intermittent Fasting) routine

I didn't mention TV in there because I only limit that to Saturdays & only watch like 30 mins any Dragon Ball Super Fans out there.

Not sure why you're spending 2 hrs on working out. Do you do this daily? If so, you must be swole AF!

work, and work some more; i have had 5 jobs in the past 2 years; thats not including gigs. The market where i am at is very contract based; no excuses. no F**king excuses. this is the real world and reality. you not watching much TV shows that you are somewhat on the right track... Keep at it; learn and learn some more; dont expect a job to train you or teach you anything (too many variables to think of and companies these days dont give a damn about the training protocols for new hires) learn on your own; Udemy, youtube ask questions get the info and get evolving. point blank. it sucks but the goal is to light a fire under your belly so that you dont have to deal with this cyclical servitude of monotony and hardship.
