For me, it was validation. Work on systems that leverage time instead of 1:1 for time. I've spent 10 years running agency and consulting models, (+10 more on everything else people like us go through) and it finally clicked a few weeks ago. So I went looking for more info, and MJ's book was the only one I could find on it.
