What Do Gold And Notable Threads Mean

I know I might sound like a total Newb on this, but I was curious and happily don't mind asking dumb questions. I've also searched the forum and couldn't find a page on it. What do the Gold and notable threads mean? Perhaps I also did not check a certain page, if so please let me know. Thanks in advance.

It means you've been a good boy/girl and you get a chocolate cookie from forum mods.

I believe it is at MJ's discretion.
The best posts get marked Gold.
Really good posts get marked Notable (almost like Silver)

You can then view these posts under the 'Must Reads' in the bar at the top.

If a post has been marked Gold or Notable, it's prob worth your time to read it.
