Vollucci - Membership Subscription

After reading several comments about Vollucci's book in the apartment investing threads, I picked it up and read it today....lots of good stuff in there. I see on their website that they offer a membership subscription to gain access to their research on market cycles. Does anyone subscribe to their membership? If so, have you found their market research worthwhile? Thanks in advance,

I didn't even know they had a website. Last time I checked I had to call, leave a message and wait for them to call me back.

I had it for some time. The information seemed like a great starting point for marketing research. I assume you are planning to invest in apartment buildings, correct?

That's correct. So far I've got all SFR's and a small apt complex. Planning to get into larger properties that can support on-site management....gotta get into the big leagues!

btw... Gene Vollucci gave me the guidance and coached me through to quit my job many years ago. I think that my program is better than his is now but he has my respect for helping me. I also used his book and information to make my first purchase.

No. I ran into an issue with him at a point that made me question his integrity. I also developed my own program with the intention of improving on his and other people's programs.
