A quick heads-up if you're a business owner running Google Ads.

Google is changing how “daily budgets” work from the 1st of June.

At the moment, if your ads run Mon-Fri with a £100/day budget, the maximum Google could spend in a month would be around £2,000.

From the 1st of June, Google may calculate that same £100/day budget across the full calendar month - including weekends - even if your ads are only scheduled to run Mon-Fri.

So the maximum possible monthly spend could be around £3,000 instead.

If you want to stop Google dipping their hand even deeper into your pocket, then review your budgets before this rolls out.
