Will send my applications the next few days. Not much time at the moment, I experimented with more freetime in between work as rewards, but it didn't work out well, so I revert that.

@Intax
If you're too lazy to make a comprehensive post, why not simply write that instead of waiting until next week (in case you're posting next week).
If you feel your performance suffices and you don't need accountability anymore, that's of course another matter. But I doubt that's the case, or is it?
Sorry, but what’s ‘one hour logic’?

what do you need to do there?

Update for the week:

1. Get up before 5 AM. Check

After 28 days I can really feel that my body has adjusted to 5 am as the wake up hour. Friday evening I lost track of time and ended up in bed at nearly 12PM. I didnt set my alarm since I was so goddamn tired I decided to sleep in. Woke at 5 AM sharp wide awake. :D

2. Do 10-20 min Yoga every day Check
3. Do 10 meditation every day Check
4. One Meal A Day Fail x 100

I'm going to back to the drawing board for the OMAD habit. I failed sooo hard :(

Update for 9/12 (Mon) to 15/12 (Sun)

GOALS
-cook at least THREE times a week- MET, r/mealprep executed well

-Take supplements TWO times a day- MET

-sleep at least 6 hrs a night- MET, but still sleeping late...but somehow managed to get my a$$ for gym and other errands.

Also I noticed I dozed off and overslept on Monday on 4pm, as well as Sunday (woke at 2pm)...gah!

-one email/sales copy breakdown- MET

-walk more than 1000 steps- MET, except Tuesday

-go to gym at least 2 times a week- MET, mostly swimming though

-Prayer journal/ Bible reading or sharing 5 times in the week
->
NOT MET...only on Thurs and Sat

I'm considering lowering my goal to 3 times a week. Probably 5 times was a bridge too far.

Networking
Met new: 3
Follow-up: 2

Online course progress
-mostly focused on Lex's course- finished his Dirty Copywriting course.
Lots of good things to say about it...I should have spent more time with his Difficult Clients course though, as that is more relevant to my current state.

I noticed I didn't track time for that, but I mostly worried about finishing up the video modules.

Upwork gigs
-Should beat myself for not locking on a single client proposal or call that week, even though I can easily do so.

-I forgot to record the hours I put to draft up some lists and paperwork for client management and interviews...I don't want to half-a$$ them as I used to, on a whim.

Christmas week is coming, so I'll have to use this week now to do what I can, before the family time and celebrations cut in.

Not sure if clients still work on Christmas...

So I didn't track anything because I didn't do anything other than thinking where to apply and finishing applications. (Thursday and friday I took a break as reward since that was my main goal for months). I ended up only applying for one internship, and if that doesn't work out (looks like it), apply for other internships.
Although I don't like the idea of wasting months working in webdevelopment, as that's not really what I like to do, which in turn makes me question why I spent so much time on that webproject in the first place. It would help to have a clear path where to go, a longterm .. 'vision' or whatever for the future, something I've been thinking about more intensely recently. But not sure if it's much use to elaborate on that here in greater detail, so ..
I want to achieve both a rich social life, following my .. supposed passions, intellectually fulfilling myself, and at the same time doing something good in the world, having a cause greater than myself. Not easy to implement all that, I have vague ideas .. that require sacrificing one or the other at least in the medium-term (if they work out at all). Too bad I'm not that young anymore lol

I'm gonna grab @bornoim idea and write something little instead of nothing.
Last week I was overwhelmed by college and therefore I didn't plan or track.

Currently I'm writing my weekly plan for next week which is only focused on exam preparation and my only goal is to fulfill my plan.
We will see.

Happy Christmas to everyone

Haha, I was rather overwhelmed by college myself, the last month itself!
Studying Finance and Business Analytics.

What's your degree course on, @Intax

You can take a look at my earlier tracker records here.
But there's more details I didn't talk about then...

Got your exam timetable out yet? Are the subjects spread out across the exam week?
Have you been doing the assignments regularly? (they can help to at least not leave you rushing to revise from square one, with some fundamental understanding built up)

Online course progress
-now on Lex's Difficult Clients course...the Preparation section is pretty much PMP stuff, which I had ignored in my freelancing game to my folly. So, a lot more homework watching vids and drafting docs from sample examples from the course at the same time...

Upwork gigs
Somehow proposals conversions/referrals are flat...people celebrating Christmas I guess.

I had heard my girl was meeting a boy in her faraway college...but I didn't think much, as long she knew her limits.

Then, out of a blue, that guy CALLS ME, asking me to 'stop contacting her'.

I said that it was up to her to read my messages or not, or get my calls.

Then I told him in no uncertain terms that my girl was there to study, not fool around. And that he was better off keeping merely a business relationship.

My girl stepped in quick to stop a brewing argument...and she asked me to give things a break for now.

I was sad...but I said alright. I told her to be careful, and then left the chat.

Tonight, I went back to my work, to update the tracker, do my copywriting, entertain Christmas calls from my networkings...and then I realised it wasn't the end of the world!

My girl might come back...or she may not.

But there was work and improvements to be done, even though I'll stick to my promise to her to master the Fastlane.

I realised a few of my habits, like prayer and Bible reading, had been built up a lot more consistently, even though they sometimes missed the weekly goal. I used to NEVER do them, but now, I saw so much I have missed in understanding the Word.

And that helped me to talk with that guy as calmly and diplomatic as possible.

Also, for my email copywriting, I'm still stuck doing Seinfield format emails.
But I noticed I was cranking out their stories and offers much more quicker...and I could find quick pain points to talk about in the markets of the subject concern.

This tracker works, and I'll continue with it!
Reminds me of how Altucher told his readers to build up on physical, spiritual, emotional and networking health- to act as a buffer against the sudden losses.

Thanks @458! Owe you one.

EDIT: Following what I wrote in the spoilers tag, I'll repost this on my own progress thread...that shit's getting empty and dusty lol. And this feels very much like an important personal milestone.

I don't even bother to post a table. It was christmas after all and until new year, I will have to deal with family appointments on a daily basis.
I did a bit of work every day though, mostly planning and organisation. Trying to brainstorm and come up with new ideas for goals and methods for next year, also the general direction where I want to go.

Working on creating long term goals and vision recently .. right, and processes, algorithms to make smarter decisions. Will probably send out further applications in the next days.
In the hopes of becoming more energetic, I'll try cold showers, intermittent fasting and nofap. In fact I'm alraedy into nofap for over two weeks without any relapse and barely any urges, which would have been impossible for me a few weeks ago. Not sure why it's so easy all of a sudden. Perhaps I just have become better at negotiating, appeasing and manipulating my primal brain, I value inner integrity more, can control my thoughts better through meditation and lead an overall more disciplined life. But whatever, I still suck badly in many areas.

Online course progress
-On a break, due to New Year, and lots of family issues

Upwork gigs
None.

Overall, I'm pretty pleased that the habits progress are green, with a few significant ones hitting above my set goals. A good surprise, as I thought New Year and family stuff would have my habits take a hit.

New habit to add:
Learning Mandarin/Cantonese- Study one speech a week

I'm not at a total elementary stage, but I need to work on expanding my vocab, as well as the many contexts of the lingo.
And maybe pick up some writing know-how...I was not formally Mandarin-educated.

I'll keep the habit simple for now...study one good Chinese speech or article a week.

The first will be Jack Ma's first pitch for Ali Baba. I'll hunt around to find the Mandarin transcript.
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Up9-C4_8dVo

If I can do extra work on this, if time allows it, I'll go for it.

So I wish everybody a good new year.

I'm in exam preparation time and therefore I'm only focused on university currently.
I want to keep my weekly plan which includes preparation for four subjects. I'm studying with a friend and therefore it will be easier.

I hope everybody had a good start into the new year :star:

Great work man! I like how diligently you're tracking it all. Commendable! I'm working on my systems for 2020 right now and playing with different ideas when it comes to tracking my daily practices.

One idea came to my mind when I saw your table, and I figured it could help: the "no time" entry comes up frequently. Which I understand to mean you weren't able to perform it. For some reason. The entry "no time" can be misleading, in the sense that your table might be a better long-term indicator of patterns to you if you can be more accurate.

One practice for being more accountable with yourself is to write what you did instead of what you had planned. It can be as simple as a couple of sentences in your journal at the end of the day. It might have simply been because you ran out of time, but it's interesting when you force yourself to write your alibi on paper, if there were a hidden excuse, it would be more likely to become evident. We're more honest with ourselves when we write, I find.

A unique entry for every item on your list might take a long time, perhaps you could focus on a few of your high-graded practices.

Keep up the good work!

Didn't do no jack here...

Some relative had personal problems that blew into his mindset...this issue actually carried on from last year, and somehow we didn't....or rather, he didn't help him. The a$$ chased girls until his mindset and habits went out of bounce.

I'm currently spending considerable time watching him, and making sure he doesn't do stupid shit- I've only shared the full details with select folks here, and then I only tell some. Parents are worried as crap, and I update them nearly everyday. I feel like some kind of prison warden...

All I can say is that if you don't upkeep good habits and follow the Process-Event principle, you also hurt those close to you, when they wipe up your mess. And when such 'victims' turn out to be family members, you have to choose to either stick with them or not.

Somehow, I chose to do it.

I'm thankful my girl gave me a break to deal with this...but I hate burdening her and my family by extension.

Rather bad week. Had sleeping problems and postponed to track activities until I forgot what I actually did and what I didn't.
To counteract my increasing sloppiness, I return to my usual scheme where I have to pay 100 € if I neglect to track my activities or fail to perform a star activity (unless I forgot about it or something with higher priority took precedence..) for the next 30 days. Also all kinds of other obligations that I fail if I deem that I hadn't a good reason to neglect them.

Thanks man! Giving more concrete justifications seems like a good idea. I already tried something similiar with the "reason why you didn't adhere to the schedule" entry. I will try to be more explicit in other entries as well.
Good luck with your planning! I intend to further work on my systems for 2020 as well, but at this point I guess I should focus more on getting actual work done lol

I finally had my first exams and others will follow.
I didn't track for my weekly plan but I kind of reached everything.

For next week I have a more concrete plan which is scheduled in my calendar. Therefore it will be easier to analyze and reach it as well.

Generally I'm happy with my productivity and I feel prepared for the next exams.

With my friend we have a cool system of keeping us concentrated during the study sessions.
We start a timer and track our efficient working time. Every time when we want to take a break or want to talk we stop the timer and make a conscious decision to pause. For us it is really helpful to work efficiently :)

See you next week and it's great to see that many of you are still on board!

MET- although I've picked up more Bible reading and journal because of family and personal issues. I'm looking more into Psalm and Proverbs currently. I'm thinking that although more of this is welcome, it eats into my work-time. I am currently working on splitting my study and readings across the day.

Learning Mandarin/Cantonese- Study one speech a week
I'm utterly disappointed at my zero progress here...
I think that maybe even studying ONE SPEECH is too big a task- having such an elephant to eat really intimidated me into not starting at all.

I'll switch things up, and make it a REGULAR practice to at least listen to one Chinese video-can be news, movies...anything. The application part such as reading and writing...I'll track it but I won't have a solid benchmark to beat yet for that...

I looked back at the thread, and was SHOCKED to find out I have somehow missed posting my metrics for 6-12 Jan 2020!

Rushed to my own folder, and somehow, the pdf of my metrics sat there.
Not sure wtf I was doing then.

So, I'll be updating on TWO WEEKS' worth of accountability habit metrics here.

-Ben Settle recently informed the list that he was investing in a few app companies, and one of them notably offers a custom-app creation service.

Of course, he had one app of his own made- but his link was only made exclusive through his email, and not on the App Store (yet, according to him, people still F*cked his simple instructions up....)

He's usually stringent with with bonuses and free offers, but when I downloaded the app, there was a TON of audio clips and content waiting for me- about business models and of course, copywriting and marketing.

I'll do my best to listen to the stash regularly.

It's already tuesday but better late than never.
Currently I am very productive. I met my weekly plan except for two things. Sadly one of them was a priority and I didn't focus on it enough.

Next week is pretty full and I have still two exams left. Currently I also prepare some things for my travel to the summit - if anyone lives close to Scottsdale or San Francisco, just write me a private message.

@bornoim - my answer will take some time :)

Learning Mandarin/Cantonese-
None...

Quite a dismal performance, for the latest week.
Family issues not getting much better than I'd hope for, even in CNY.
Still spilling over into my habits progress...

I also had to go out lots to attempts to find, and stock up on masks and sanitizers, in light of the virus situation...

The virus situation made me realise that not only I need to plan and execute Fastlane...in case SHTF, prep and execution is required as well.

I'll devote a little time here and there on prepper websites and forums, maybe 10 mins a week at a minimum- and see if I can make little investments into supplies and skills development for the boogaloo, if it were to come.

Of course I don't 100% hope SHTF happens, but still, it pays to have some prep up my sleeve.
