Testing different looks for website at once.

Can someone explain how to do this. I know you can have 100 people come to your site and randomly switch from 1 to another look to see what performs better. How do you do this and what is involved. Thank you.

It depends on what type of site you have, because some have this feature built in where you can just enable it(example Magento you turn on a setting to work with Google Website Optimizer). Otherwise you'll have to code your site a bit to work with this program. Just use the Google app though, it should do what you need.
