So it's $20 for a box?

I'd imagine shipping the box alone has to cost $6-7. Then the box itself, the stuff inside, etc.

Do the numbers work?

Because at $19/mo, I don't see how the numbers work out.

I fully agree, I am working out the numbers. I don't mind the poo-poo outcome. This is the stuff I want to workout, initial offer is $20 dollars for the first box, but after that it's $29.95 a month going forward. It looks like shipping is about the price you said as well. I am using Pirateship instead of GoShippo to create the labels.

The sample box will arrive on November 11th, bummer. I may have to order 5 boxes after I receive the sample. I was able to use AI to bring the COGS down to about $11.23 per box.

If the numbers don't make sense, I move on from the project or try to work them out until it doesn't.

Ideally, it would be great to have COGS at 50% of the price of the box to give me margin. Hoping I can get my money back overtime of their subscription.
