Time boxing and Attention management is what work for me.

Productivity = time x attention.

I use a to do app to store tasks out of my brain. It is useful. But my calendar is what drives my day.

The best part is that it keeps me honest. If I have a day full of meetings and I only have a 3hours slot available. I know 3 tasks is an overkill. I will focus on one thing.

Attention is the game changer. When you are focused and engaged, you achieve much more - both in quality and quantity.

When you are not, it is time being wasted.

please explain attention management or link me to some resources.

lately, attention became my week point.
I tried meditation but not even consistent with it(only did it for 3 days), I used to have at least 1.5 hrs of attention span now it is 20 mins.

Seems to me that you are looking to justify wasting more time by investing it in researching time management.

If you can't follow through on a simple daily ToDo list you don't need time management skills, you need to learn some discipline.

That's not meant as criticism just observation.

No doubt deep work is a great book though bit lengthy.
I tried audiobook twice but never finished it due to its length

what a ridiculous thing to say. your forum flairs indicate you read unscripted and tmf but I highly doubt that... this thread is a whole big action fake lmao
I have no words to say, I have listened to both tmf and unscripted (unscripted twice), The problem is I don't find deep work engaging enough to stick to it.

Agreed, the thread is action fake.
though started the thing which I was working on today and kept at it after this post.
