Setting up an LLC - Rocketlawer

I want to set up an LLC in New York. Do you have any experience using Rocketlawer for a service like this? They say they would do it for free but I wonder if they are any hidden fees along the way. I would appreciate any feedback if you used their services.

There's the fee to incorporate, which differs by state.

I did it myself in my home state of Delaware. It was really easy once you understand what all the fine print means.

I know about the state fees, I had a couple of LLCs in Florida in the past. I also know were to find the info but if I can save myself some time and have everything done at no additional cost then why not.

I always tell people to stay away from the big corporate sites when filing for an LLC. Find a reputable business litigation attorney in your area, that's what I did and was very happy with my decision. Attorney was more than dedicated to the account, which I don't think you'd get if you use a website.
