Attempted to do this manually. Currently at step 2. How do I check the items in the inventory adjustments report and see if they actually have been reimbursed or not?

The only unique identifier they give is a transaction item id, but I can't find anywhere to look that up and see the actual order id, so i can see if the reimbursements were paid. Without the order ID i can't compare with the reimbursement reports either.

Anyone have a good way to do this? I really don't want to open up cases with Amazon and give them transactions that have already been reimbursed.

@amp0193 any ideas?

I honestly don't remember, but I'm pretty sure there was a way to check. I don't have a seller account anymore that I can go in and see.

It's been too long since I've gone through the process.

Maybe someone else can chime in.

Anybody here with experience with AMZRefund?

They think Amazon owes me +$5000 which seems a massive amount to me.

How did they get that number, what data?

Generated a report and they calculated this:

View attachment 22770

But when I manually asked reimbursement for 13 ID's yesterday, most of them were already reimbursed before. So I'm not sure if AMZRefund includes this or not.

Yeah AMZrefund doesnt catch those, i had the same thing happen to me when I used it.
