I really enjoy searching and reading the old posts of some of the members here. What I usually like to do is start with their first post on the forum and then read all their other posts chronologically. This way I can see how their mentality changed, I can better follow their progress and I can get a better understanding of some of the decisions and choices they made.
In order to do this, I have to navigate through dozens of pages until I reach the page with their oldest posts. For some reason the forum only displays 7 or 8 pages of posts, so I'm required to scroll down, go to the 7th page, scroll down again, click on "find older messages" and then repeat the process until I reach the end (or rather the beginning of the member's posts). If the next day I want to continue reading through the posts where I left off, I have to repeat the same process all over again.
Would it be possible to display all the pages at once (ex: page 1-235)? That way I could simply jump to the last page or wherever I left off. Perhaps this is already possible, but I don't see the option anywhere.
If it's not possible or if there's a reason why this isn't allowed, then does anyone know of a better way of navigating and reading someone's posts? I think some older posts are extremely valuable but they seem to have been forgotten by time. With an improved post navigating system, this might encourage more people to read through old threads.
Thanks!
