Somebody told them they need to invest in RE so they did lolIf you've heard the expression "I have a bridge to sell you," it comes from the history of a con man in New York who repeatedly "sold" the Brooklyn Bridge to unsuspecting investors.
He pretended to own the bridge (and other property) and sold it - multiple times!
