The up coming generation will have so many mental issues.
These apps are going to destroy their brains ability to cope with the real world and actual reality.
He's not wrong...@MJ DeMarco I have a feeling this will be another favorite for you.
Mark Cuban: Don't use credit cards—if you do, 'you don't want to be rich'
Mark Cuban: Don't use credit cards—if you do, 'you don't want to be rich'
“Debit cards are ok if they don’t have fees.”
What I see is a total dodge of responsibility, like usual. “No, it’s not your fault for ringing up tens of thousands of dollars worth of shit at 37 percent interest… No it’s the credit card’s fault.”
I wish these personalities would deliver the uncomfortable truth. If you can’t stop yourself from blowing money you don’t have, that is a problem to address. You are not a victim of a credit card as Cuban would suggest.

Is this an actual "filter" that can be added at a simple click, or is it the skilled application of makeup?
A filter takes 2 seconds, a makeup job can take 2 hours.
Should apply this study to driving in traffic, Utah would drop from first to last.

no looks good though
The kitchen analogy could be twisted lol…He's not wrong...
CCs have high interest fees.
Most people rack up debt based on spending money they don't have.
If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging, right?
The issue with the article and interview is that it stops short of providing a real solution after you've solved problem #1.
Analogy, your kitchen is on fire, should you invest time in anything other than putting that fire out? No. Pay off credit card debt by having a personal loan first (that makes a lot of sense, financially). But once that is done, what is next?
*crickets*...
Why stop the article there? That's my problem with this advice. It is marginally helpful to the most financially illiterate people. It is for the masses of those who have no idea about personal finance 101. And even when they put their kitchen fire out (pay off CC debt), they will NEVER stop there. Now they'll have personal loan with a typical bank AND start racking up CC debt again until bankruptcy.
How does someone who achieved billionaire status not want to help others is beyond me. Mark, I know you are reading this, you can F*ck OFF.
They're hungry sales people, so now is always the best time for them to get a juicy 7% of your "biggest asset".Don't ya love that, no matter what's going on in the retail real estate market, notice how every commercial always says, "Now's the best time to buy a house!"
A few years ago it was, "It's the best time to get in the market with interest rates this low!"
Now it's "It's the best time to get in the market with less buyers looking!"
In 2005 they were saying the same thing and just change the reason why.
If you listen to these people, every day is the "best time" to a buy house, doesn't matter what interest rates are, doesn't matter about supply, doesn't matter about demand, and it doesn't matter about the economy. Now is the best time!
Do you want an answer? Do you really want an answer? HahahaI don’t get this…
Vancouver man posing significant risk to public safety released from custody
Police ask the public to call 911 if they see him breaching his conditions.www.vancouverisawesome.com
If someone is deemed by police to pose a significant threat to public safety… why exactly is he “released”?
I guess you'll know he's not taking all the drugs prescribed if he stops looking stoned out of his mind.Do you want an answer? Do you really want an answer? Hahaha
But I agree completely. This has been happening a lot in the US the last few years too. It’s a huge issue
