Question for anyone who is Incorporated, or has incorporated

Ok so I am in the process of starting my business now and i want to incorporate my company. So i thought i would go ahead and do it myself online, but then in certain sections there was alot of things about SHARES and shareholders. How many Classes of shares? Other provisions etc. So i went to a lawyer and he told me to add in some provisions etc, but with his technical talking i couldnt even understand what he was talking about( waste of a $100) even when i asked him what it meant and how it could benefit my company? If anyone has been in this situation and knows something about provisions and shares if you could pm me then i could send you the provision texts the lawyer told me to add in. Any help on this subject would be great. I want to incorporate the first time properly and not come back and pay to change things later...
