Peer to peer marketplace marketing

Hey everyone

I am currently busy on my second project. My first one failed...
However, this time i am twice motivated to finish my goals.
It`s a marketplace that is based on a realestate niche on the european seacoast.
I have done my research and talked to a lot of owners of the houses. The majority was realy positive about my idea. They asked a lot of questions and seemed very intrested.
This is also the most important group of all. If i don`t have their trust and cooperation. Then my business will fail.

I am still busy coding the website, but in the meantime a have a landingpage with some info regarding how it works. People can presubscribe overthere with their email.

In total i have 4 subscribers for the moment. 3 of them are from my father in law, my girlfriend and me. 😀
I have done a little facebookads 10 euro
Made a facebookpage
I made flyers and shared them in a few towns of my country.
Does anybody has any Tips they can share with me to get some my SUBSCIBERS?
